Why are these products discounted?

These are products from older collections that are no longer being replenished. Think of special prints, earlier versions of drinking bottles, thermos flasks and bags. The quality is the same as the current assortment. Once a variant is exhausted, it will not be returned.

Are sale products restocked?

No. These are last stocks. Sold out colors or models are not re-released. Because of this, the supply changes regularly and a product may disappear at short notice.

Are sale products new?

Yes. All sale products are new and unused. They are not returns, samples or repackaged items, but regular stock going out.

Is there a warranty on sale items?

Yes. The same warranty applies to sale items as to the rest of the assortment. You can simply use the regular warranty in case of manufacturing defects. Damage caused by falling, bumping or improper use is not covered.

Can I return sale products?

Yes, you can return them according to the normal return policy. Sale does not have different conditions. Return within the standard period. The product must be unused and in original condition.

How fast are sale products shipped?

Sale products are shipped from stock. The delivery time is the same as the rest of the webshop. Orders are processed on business days and then shipped as soon as possible. During busy periods, shipping may take a little longer.

Are shipping costs different with sale?

No. The shipping rate is the same as for all other orders on the webshop. Above the threshold amount you ship for free, below that the normal shipping rate applies.

Does the water donation continue to apply to sale items?

Yes. For drinking bottles, the water donation through Made Blue continues to run as usual. Sale products do not change the mission or contributions to the established charities.

Can I combine sale items with discount codes?

This varies per action. Sometimes a code works on sale products and sometimes not. If an action is excluded for discounted items, it is always mentioned in the terms and conditions.
