It can sometimes happen that a cap or other part breaks or needs replacing. This is why we have a limited stock of spare parts and accessories so that we don't have to throw away the product. We think this is just as sustainable.

Save on shipping costs for your replacement part

A spare part, such as a cap or silicone ring, is small, but just like other products, it needs to be packaged, processed, and shipped. That’s why we pass on the shipping costs we pay to our carrier (DHL or bike courier). Do you need multiple replacement parts, or do you plan to order something else soon? In that case, it’s often more cost-effective to combine them into a single order. That way, you get more value out of your shipping costs.
