Maintenance
Retulp's Urban is easy to clean because of its large opening. The bottle itself can functionally go in the dishwasher however to keep the coating unstained Retulp recommends washing the bottle by hand. The bamboo cap is not dishwasher safe. See tips on how to clean the bottle here .
Delivery
Delivery time starts from the time the order is placed. We do our best to ship our products within two business days. Sometimes it may happen (due to holidays for example) that the delivery date is slightly different. No rights can therefore be derived from this date.
Our products are delivered to your home in the most sustainable way possible by our bicycle couriers. These giants ensure that every day in 30 cities in the Netherlands packages are delivered in a green way. In the other cities our products are delivered by DHL.
