Reusable notebook: Keep it in a dry place and use it daily. You can erase the written text by moistening the included cloth.
Big Mug Classic: Clean the lunch pot with warm water and a mild detergent. Avoid harsh detergents to protect the stainless steel coating. Hand washing is recommended.
Urban Drink Bottle: Clean the bottle with a brush or dishwasher to prevent bacteria buildup. Make sure the cap is thoroughly dry to avoid mold.
Delivery
Delivery time starts from the time the order is placed. We do our best to ship our products within two business days. Sometimes it may happen (due to holidays for example) that the delivery date is slightly different. No rights can therefore be derived from this date.
