Maintenance
| Retulp's Bambu thermos is easy to clean because of its large opening. The bottle (unfortunately) cannot go in the dishwasher due to the bamboo exterior. Retulp therefore recommends washing the bottle by hand. Check here for tips on how to clean the bottle. |
Delivery
Delivery time starts from the time the order is placed. We do our best to ship our products within two business days. Sometimes it may happen (due to holidays for example) that the delivery date is slightly different. No rights can therefore be derived from this date.
Our products are delivered to your home in the most sustainable way possible by our bicycle couriers. These giants ensure that every day in 30 cities in the Netherlands packages are delivered in a green way. In the other cities our products are delivered by DHL.
