Ordering and delivery at Retulp is very easy! We make every effort to get your durable order to you as quickly as possible. Delivery time starts from the moment the order is placed. We do our best to ship our products within two business days. Sometimes it may happen (for example due to holidays) that the delivery date is slightly different. No rights can therefore be derived from this date.

Delivery
Delivery time starts from the time the order is placed. We do our best to ship our products within two business days. Sometimes it may happen (due to holidays for example) that the delivery date is slightly different. No rights can therefore be derived from this date.
Our products are delivered to your home in the most sustainable way possible by our bicycle couriers. These giants ensure that every day in 30 cities in the Netherlands packages are delivered in a green way. In the other cities our products are delivered by DHL.
For an order over €40,- you do not have to pay shipping costs. Under €40,- shipping costs are €6,95 in the Netherlands.
From Fietskoeriers or DHL, you will receive a Track & Trace code after shipping your order.
If you are not home they will try to deliver your package to your neighbors unless you have indicated otherwise.
