At Retulp, we love honest stories. Whether that's about reusing instead of throwing away, or about how our customers experience their order. That's why we collect reviews from real people, with real experiences. And no, we're not a big company with a huge customer service team. We are a small team of three people, with heart for the business. Literally. That sometimes makes it a little more personal, but also a little less perfect.

Do you order something from Retulp? Then after your purchase you get an invitation to leave a review. This goes through an independent system (such as WebwinkelKeur), so we can be sure that the reviews are accurate. We post all reviews - whether they are five stars or a touch critical. Because honest feedback makes us better. And that in turn helps other customers. Here's how it works:
- Only customers who have actually bought something can write a review.
- The invitation comes automatically after your order
- Reviews are never changed or taken away
- For serious comments, we seek contact - if we can - to straighten it out
Small team, big commitment: this is how customer service works at Retulp
We do our best to handle your order cleanly and quickly. But because we are a small team, this does not always go smoothly. For example, our customer service is handled by one colleague, who is there three days a week. So yes, it can sometimes take a little longer before you get a response. But remember: your mail does not end up at a call center, but with us. And we do what we can to resolve it properly.
We started Retulp with a mission: less disposable, more reusable. And if we can also make people happy with a beautiful product and good service in the process? Then that's exactly why we do it.
