Retulp is affiliated with the Association Platform Promotional Products (PPP). Retulp adopts the General Terms and Conditions from this. The Dutch court is competent to take cognizance of any disputes. View the PPP's GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND DELIVERY here. The PPP's terms of sale and delivery apply to business purchases.

If you have a complaint about our products or services, please contact us at retail@retulp.nl. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receiving the complaint. If this does not lead to a solution, as of February 15, 2016 it is possible to report complaints in the EU via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
